Teenagers who struggle with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and mood management can feel better about themselves, improve their relationships and gain control of their emotions thanks to a weekly therapy group starting Thursday, Dec. 3, through The Village Family Service Center. Doing Your Best Today – is an 11-week group for teenagers who are 13 to 17 years old and want to feel better about themselves, improve their relationships with others, and have more control over their emotions.
